Directions to the Morris County Cultural Center from:
From the North and East:
Take I-80 W. to I-287 S. to Exit 36 (Morris Street). Follow Morris
Street to the Morristown Green, go halfway around and turn right
onto Washington Street, which becomes Mendham Road. Proceed for
three miles. Shortly after Lewis Morris Park on the left, the
entrance of the Cultural Center will appear as a sharp "hairpin"
left. Turn here and proceed up the steep driveway until you arrive
at a Spanish style stucco building at the top of the hill. The
Heritage Commission office is located on the 2nd floor. The Archives
research office is on the ground floor.
From Newark Airport:
Take I-78 W. to Rt. 24 W. At the end of Rt. 24 take I-287 S.
to the next exit, 36 ( Morris Street). Follow Morris Street to
the Morristown Green, go 1/2 around the Green and turn onto Washington
Street, which becomes Mendham Road. Proceed for three miles. Shortly
after Lewis Morris Park on the left, the entrance of the Cultural

From Trenton and Southern
New Jersey:
Take I-287 N. to N Maple Avenue Exit 30B. Continue on N Maple
for 0.2 miles. Turn right on Rt. 202 (Morristown Road); go 1.6
miles. Turn left on Tempe Wick Road; go 2.5 miles. Turn right
on Corey Lane; go 1.4 miles. Turn right on Mendham Road and continue
for 2 miles until you reach the entrance to the Morris County
Cultural Center on the right. Drive slowly up the steep driveway
to a Spanish style stucco building at the top of the hill. The
Heritage Commission office is locatedon the 2nd floor. The Archives
research office is on the ground floor.
From Northwest New Jersey:
Take Route 206 south to Chester. At the intersection of Route
206 and County Rt. 513 (East Main Street) turn left and continue
through town. At the next intersection turn right onto County
Rt. 510, which becomes Mendham Road, and continue for
8.2 miles to the entrance to the Morris County Cultural Center
on the right. Drive slowly up the steep driveway to a Spanish
style stucco building at the top of the hill. The Heritage Commission
office is located on the 2nd floor. The Archives research office is on the ground
floor.
